Job Description
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and assist in defining scope for purchasing needs
  • Identify and reach out to qualified suppliers to ensure competitive proposals
  • Schedule and support supplier meetings, site inspections, and walkthroughs as needed
  • Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
  • Compile and compare vendor quotations to aid in selection and decision-making
  • Assist in the processing of canvass sheets and monitoring of approvals
  • Support vendor negotiations on pricing, lead times, and other commercial terms
  • Conduct initial reviews of supplier documents to ensure alignment with agreed terms
  • Monitor progress of procurement activities and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Help implement cost-effective purchasing strategies in alignment with business needs
Job Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing, preferably with exposure to construction or facilities-related materials and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
