What is the job?

The Sales Operation Manager is responsible in leading facility operations and a sales team, ensuring high-efficiency yard management and strong business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manages sales team to meet B2C and B2B outreach targets.
• Oversees the entire sales process from inquiry to invoice collection.
• Trains team on customer service excellence and vehicle security.
• Acts as primary contact for fleet brokers and logistics partners.
• Develops and maintains long-term B2B contracts for yard occupancy.
• Ensures facility safety, yard optimization, and over sees operations reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years in operations management, fleet logistics, or industrial real estate.
• Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience in managing small teams.
• Experience in HubSpot, social media marketplaces, and invoicing software.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and hold staff accountable for results.
• Familiarity with social media marketplaces, invoicing software (HubSpot), and reporting tools.
