About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing- Managing and coordinating the activities of the property management team, including maintenance, cleaning, and tenant relations
- Overseeing the implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Analysing property performance data and generating reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and external service providers to address any issues or concerns
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, residents, and partner organisations
- Implementing marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract new tenants
- Participating in the development and execution of the company's overall growth and expansion plans
- 10+ years of proven experience in a property management or operations role
- Strong understanding of local property management laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing a team and leading operational initiatives
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent decision-making, negotiation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
