Warehouse Associate

The Branch Associate is responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse and branch operations, including order processing, inventory management, and e-commerce fulfillment. The role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient execution of all operational tasks to support overall business performance and customer satisfaction.

• Process incoming orders accurately and on time, ensuring proper system updates and inventory deductions upon fulfillment.
• Manage out-of-stock situations by coordinating with relevant departments and assisting in stock replenishment activities.
• Review and execute pick lists efficiently, ensuring correct and timely retrieval of items from inventory.
• Perform proper packing of items, ensuring products are secure, well-labeled, and ready for shipment with complete documentation.
• Receive deliveries, verify items against documents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Prepare delivery receipts (DR), shipping tags (ST), and coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch.
• Handle e-commerce orders from processing to shipment, including responding to customer concerns when necessary.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall branch and warehouse operations.

Candidate must possess strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with good communication and presentation abilities. Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
