Warehouse Associate (MANDALUYONG)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
• Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Good organization and time management skills, including puntuality;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Keen to details;
• Can work effectively with others and engage in teamwork;
• Must follow directions and safety procedures at all times;
• Can work overtime if necessary; and
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper labeling and storing of stocks to effectively adopt the “first in, first out” principle.
• Inspect status of stored items on a regular basis to determine any sign of deterioration.
• Monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables and prepares pick-up/purchase requisition for stock replenishment.
• Check and verify documents presented (authorized signatories, correct part number, item description, quantity etc.) on items for issuance.
• Monitor and inspect all incoming deliveries of consumables, spare parts, and machines for proper identification, inventory, or for return.
• Prepare and submit reports to immediate head accordingly.
• Inform requisitioning department/personnel concerned regarding availability of newly delivered items for immediate inspection and requisition.
• Handle pick-up of spare parts, machines, as well as consumables from different warehouses.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Head from time to time.
