Posted on 2 July 2025Design and lead fun, effective adult training sessions for retail staff/operations and all departments.
Support onboarding, customer service, sales, and HR-related training.
Create user-friendly manuals, guides, and training content.
Work with store leaders to spot training needs and roll out solutions.
Track training results and help teams grow in their roles by conducting Training Needs Assessments.
Keep everyone updated on company policies and best practices.
Hosts and facilitates company events such as Christmas parties, service award ceremonies, and team-building activities—bringing energy, coordination, and seamless execution.
Qualifications/Requirements
A degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in Operations and Leadership training in retail operations.
Experience in a retail chain or multi-branch setup is a plus.
