HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST TRAINING
Job Description:
- Design and lead fun, effective adult training sessions for retail staff/operations and all departments.
- Support onboarding, customer service, sales, and HR-related training.
- Create user-friendly manuals, guides, and training content.
- Work with store leaders to spot training needs and roll out solutions.
- Track training results and help teams grow in their roles by conducting Training Needs Assessments.
- Keep everyone updated on company policies and best practices.
- Hosts and facilitates company events such as Christmas parties, service award ceremonies, and team-building activities—bringing energy, coordination, and seamless execution.
