JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Admin to support, optimize, and manage our Salesforce platform. The role focuses on system administration, business process support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce functionalities to enhance sales operations and reporting efficiency.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively aligned with business needs, data integrity is maintained, and workflows are optimized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including configuration of custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports
  • Support day-to-day Salesforce user issues, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales performance tracking and decision-making
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security settings
  • Assist in process improvements and automation of sales workflows
  • Support integration or migration of Salesforce with other systems or marketing automation platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance within the CRM
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Specialist
  • Proven experience working with:
  • Custom objects and fields
  • Workflow rules / Flow Builder
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Data management and cleanup
  • Experience supporting sales teams and understanding end-to-end sales processes (lead to closure)
  • Experience in CRM optimization, user support, or system administration
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration tools
  • Experience in report building, dashboard creation, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices in security and data governance
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM integrations is an advantage
Certifications (Preferred but not required)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (highly preferred)
  • Other Salesforce certifications are a plus
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
