Duties & Responsibilities:

Source other alternative supplier for existing materials and as well as new materials
Coordinate to supplier the scheduled delivery of materials
Creation of purchase order / job order
File purchased report
Coordinate the maturing payables to the accounting
Haggle the best price of each materials

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Proficient in Microsoft office
Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
Great organizational, planning & time management skills
Willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
