What You’ll Be Doing
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement operations—ensuring purchase orders are processed accurately, suppliers are well-coordinated, and materials are delivered on time to support production and customer demand.
- Process and place purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems to replenish inventory and fulfil sales orders
- Ensure orders are placed with suppliers offering the best balance of quality, cost, and lead time
- Manage purchase orders end-to-end, including acknowledgements, expediting, and backorder tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order requirements and timelines
- Maintain and update ERP system data, including supplier details, product information, and pricing
- Monitor open order books and generate reports to track order status and performance
- Support expediting activities, including urgent orders and escalation follow-ups
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and quality concerns
- Provide general administrative support including inbox management and issue resolution
- Participate in internal meetings and provide updates on purchasing activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and system maintenance at all times
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support within a manufacturing or sourcing environment
- Experience handling HMLV (High Mix, Low Volume) orders is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MRP experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and transactions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, self-disciplined, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
