As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement operations—ensuring purchase orders are processed accurately, suppliers are well-coordinated, and materials are delivered on time to support production and customer demand.

  • Process and place purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems to replenish inventory and fulfil sales orders
  • Ensure orders are placed with suppliers offering the best balance of quality, cost, and lead time
  • Manage purchase orders end-to-end, including acknowledgements, expediting, and backorder tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order requirements and timelines
  • Maintain and update ERP system data, including supplier details, product information, and pricing
  • Monitor open order books and generate reports to track order status and performance
  • Support expediting activities, including urgent orders and escalation follow-ups
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and quality concerns
  • Provide general administrative support including inbox management and issue resolution
  • Participate in internal meetings and provide updates on purchasing activities
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system maintenance at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support within a manufacturing or sourcing environment
  • Experience handling HMLV (High Mix, Low Volume) orders is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MRP experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and transactions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, self-disciplined, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
