Responsibilities:

Source new suppliers and obtain competitive pricing

Prepare purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers

Monitor and ensure on-time delivery; address delays/issues

Verify supplier invoices and ensure accuracy in purchase records

Prepare and submit purchase and budget reports

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Must be willing to start ASAP.

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Acceptable alternative qualifications include degrees in Business Management, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
