Business Development – Supplier and Product Sourcing

Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers through online research, pharmaceutical conventions, and existing contacts in the Philippines to gather company profiles and product portfolios.
• Send introductory emails and handle day-to-day communication with potential and existing partners.
• Collect and analyze IMS data, including sales value, sales volume, number of competitors, growth trends, and product details.
• Work closely with the OM/BDM team in selecting and shortlisting potential products.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers via email based on market research, pricing trends, MOQ, and batch size requirements.
• Participate in discussions regarding contracts, agreements, and addenda.
• Respond to basic supplier inquiries related to regulatory requirements and share standard documentation guidelines.
• Coordinate discussions for additional product opportunities as needed.
• Join calls with suppliers and internal teams to address concerns and track action points.
• Maintain and Update all required reports and databases for management review.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

• Pharmacist or a Graduate of any related healthcare course.
• With excellent communication skills
• With 5 year's experience in relevant position.
• With a pleasing personality and the ability to negotiate prices and forecast
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
