In this role, your mission is to lead strategic tax initiatives and ensure regulatory excellence, driving compliance innovations that support our fast-growing organization. You will make a direct impact by:
- Leading company registration processes and corporate restructuring projects, ensuring timely and accurate transfer pricing compliance.
- Overseeing CAS registration procedures, coordinating capital stock increases, and facilitating trademark registrations.
- Collaborating with external auditors and government agencies, supervising document preparation, and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- At least 5 years of solid experience in tax compliance or corporate finance.
- Solid understanding of tax laws, compliance frameworks, and regulatory processes.
- Proven experience managing tax or legal compliance projects.
- Track record of handling government filings, audits, and registration processes.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing Transfer Pricing Documentation.
- Strong background in supporting or working with multinational companies.
- Experience in driving efficiency through AI-powered solutions or tools.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation solutions for compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience coordinating with government portals (e.g., BIR eFPS, SEC, etc.).
Non-Negotiables:
- Cebu City location.
- Onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) afterward.
- Availability for Day Shift (8 AM–5 PM PH Time).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or holder of a tax certification.
- Experience using AI Tools and applications.
- Compensation: PHP 60,000 - 70,000
- Schedule: Day Shift (8 AM- 5 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
- Work Setup: Onsite (First 3 months), then Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
- Tech Stack: Government Portals and E-filing Systems (e.g., BIR eFPS, SEC portals), Microsoft Excel, AI Tools and Automation Solutions
- Reports to: Head of Finance
