AU RTO Compliance Officer (Remote)

• We’re PeoplePartners, and one of our amazing clients (a top-notch Australian RTO) is on the lookout for a new AU RTO Compliance Officer. You’ll be the person who keeps them aligned with the latest VET Quality Framework standards—because you know that compliance is not just a box-ticking exercise, it’s the backbone of quality education.

• You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, supporting the client’s compliance needs across their training operations. From document audits to internal reviews, your mission is simple: keep everything crisp, compliant, and audit-ready.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit Training & Assessment Strategies.
• Check marketing and promotional materials for compliance.
• Maintain key registers (Complaints, Risk, Validation, etc.).
• Support audit prep for ASQA/TAC.
• Help manage RTO reporting (AVETMISS, QI).
• Collaborate with trainers and admin staff to uphold compliance.
• Keep the Quality Management System updated via MS SharePoint.

Requirements

• You're a sharp thinker with great instincts for what’s compliant and what’s not.
• You love structure, accuracy, and knowing your work keeps the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.

• Exposure to RTO standards is a must.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams.
• Strong written communication + document editing chops.
• Bonus points if you've worked with PowerPro or Canvas.

• You work well on your own but love being part of a team with purpose.
• You’re curious, independent, and comfortable asking questions to make sure things get done right.
• You don't just follow the rules—you understand why they matter.

• Spot compliance issues before they become problems.
• Keep registers and reports audit-ready.
• Support teams so everyone feels confident about quality and compliance.

• Feedback from trainers and team leads.
• Readiness for ASQA/TAC audits.
