Farm Operations Assistant

Schedule & Setup: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Onsite setup
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or warehousing sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong grasp of inventory control, operations management, and basic statistical analysis or forecasting tools.
- Highly organized, resourceful, a collaborative team player, and detail-oriented.
Key responsibilities:
- Order & Production Planning: Manage customer orders, create schedules for production helpers, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory & Systems Management: Handle goods receiving, encode accurate data into our WMS/ERP systems, and run regular physical inventory counts to reconcile any discrepancies.
- Documentation & Logistics: Prepare delivery receipts, transfer orders, invoices, and necessary government permits.
- Facility & Team Support: Conduct daily hygiene and equipment inspections on the production line, manage shift timecards (DTRs), and proactively suggest ways to fix operational bottlenecks.
