Implement strategic directions that impact on Human Resources administration and operations within the areas of recruitment / staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organizational development, training, talent /performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and Labor Laws or Code.

- High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Knowledge on generally all human resource management facets
