HR Business Partner - Agribusiness
JOB OVERVIEW:
The position will provide overall business partnerships to assigned business units and shared services units. It will ensure the delivery of exceptional HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, organization development, payroll and benefits, employee relations, and industrial relations.The position will constantly collaborate with HR Policy Makers and Transactional-In-Charge.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duty Statements:
- Ensures that 100% of mission-critical positions are filled on time and with a pipeline of 2 ready-now candidates in succession.
- Ensures that all business units are organized and aligned 100% to the business plan real-time.
- Ensures Employee satisfaction/engagement rating of >85% quarter on quarter.
- Ensures 100% adherence to the stated total remuneration philosophy.
- Ensures Zero labor cases are decided against the company.
Critical Technical Objectives:
Organization Development. Ensure the best structure, size, and competencies of the organization are determined for it to deliver on its business objectives.
Critical Standards:
- 100% adherence to IDP of all identified high-potential employees.
- All business units have approved tables of organization year on year.
- 100% implementation of the annual training plan.
- 100% submission of performance evaluation and other support documents.
- Agreed and approved KRAs & KPIs for the current year.
ii. Performance evaluation forms for the current performance period with proof of performance attached.
iii. Developmental Plan Forms are attached.
Talent Acquisition. Ensure that the workforce is strategically placed to support the overall goals and objectives of the business units on time.
Critical Standards:
- 100% of vacant mission-critical positions are filled within 30 days after approval of the request for Supervisory Down and 60 days for Managers Up.
- 100% of placements within the pay structure for the position.
- 100% adherence to the new hire integration plan.
- 100% of pre-employment documents submitted before hiring.
Compensation & Benefits Management. Ensure timely delivery of employee services.
Critical Standards:
- 100% adherence to agreed service level agreements on payroll and benefits processing.
- Zero non-compliance with government-mandated as well as company-provided employment standards related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee records are 100% updated, complete, and always secure.
Employee/Industrial Relations. Establish a work environment supportive of high productivity and harmonious relations among all employees at all levels.
Critical Standards:
- Employee engagement rating of > 85% year on year.
- 100% utilization of all employee communication channels.
- 100% documentation of all employee cases.
Business Partnership. Ensure consistency in understanding and application of practices related to managing the company's human resources.
Critical Standards:
- 100% adherence to agreed SLAs with respective clients.
- 100% adherence to agreed SLAs with respective HR Center of Excellence and HR Shared Services Teams.
- Zero non-compliance to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Satisfaction rating of > 85% year on year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Graduate of Education or any Social Science or Business related course.B. At least 5 Years in HR Business Partnerships; 3 Years in HR Shared Services of a conglomerate with varied businesses.
HR Business Partnership experience must be gained within a large corporation environment with diverse business operations.C. Must have extensive experience in General HR Operations with above-average consultation skills and competency.
D. Work assignment will be in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
