Job Description:Product Manager is responsible for the production, direction, and overall management of major online game title(s). The Product Manager reports directly to EVP and is responsible for all matters relating to online game title(s), including Localization, personnel management, Marketing/PR coordination, Website contents management, concept integration, community management, customer service, developer relations, Quality Assurance, online distribution, and Etc.
The Product Manager will strategically develop, manage, and integrate a set of service-related features and apply a combination of business analytics, creativity, and flexibility to contribute to the overall Online Game services. The ideal candidate is an individual who is driven and self-motivated, has initiative, and also has the ability to communicate and work with people both inside and outside of his or her own team.

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):- well-versed in the Korean and English Languages
- experience in handling of customer requests, inquiries and needs and Provides customer support in escalated situations.
