Job Description
Posted on 15 June 2026- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee information and attendance records.
- Assist in processing government-mandated benefits and employee concerns.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documents as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR systems is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changing HR policies and procedures.
