CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST | ONSITE | NIGHT SHIFT | START ASAP

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Support Specialist to join our eCommerce Customer Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring a smooth post-order experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with internal teams via chat and email, and communicate directly with vendors and customers via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Utilize multiple computer programs and internal systems to track, manage, and update orders and shipments.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks, including inbox management, order inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of order activities.
Claims & Issue Resolution
  • Assist in processing and monitoring warranty, damage, and shipping-related claims.
  • Support claims management, including Amazon A-Z and Safe-T claims.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends that may improve operational processes.
Customer Communication & Support
  • Order status updates
  • Returns and cancellations
  • Shipping requests and delivery notices
  • Backorder notifications
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback across various platforms.
  • Provide professional and timely support through email and other communication channels.
Vendor & Carrier Relations
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding order updates and shipping concerns.
  • Prepare and coordinate return shipments, shipping quotes, and shipping labels as needed.
  • Work closely with carriers and suppliers to resolve delivery-related issues.
Other Duties
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or order support experience (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Excel, Google Workspace, Gorgias & Shopify a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
