BS Industrial Engineering graduate/ Civil Technology/ Civil Engineering/ Industrial Technology major in Drafting or equivalent
Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Production Management System
Strong interpersonal and written skill
Can work under pressure
Have good skills in analyzing, planning, negotiating, and problem-solving
Detailed and accurate in working, have a strong understanding in inventory management and demand management
Ability to build a strong working relationship

Validates customer forecast and perform internal forecasting
Stimulates production plan requirements
Participates in meeting regarding engineering changes and production plans
Production schedule
Checks customer order tracking
Calculates, monitor, and controls the materials
Prepares and issues pull/pick list to warehouse and production lines
Updates the production schedule
Checks daily production plan review
Prepares system, and production progress reports and variance analysis, productivity and efficient report
