Production Planning and Control Officer

The PPC Officer reports to PPC Manager. He/She creates Production Schedule and monitor status to ensure achieving delivery commitments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare production schedule.
Tracks the availability of WIP and raw materials.
Analyze production capacity.
Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
Investigate nonconformance to On Time and In Full delivery commitment, analyze root cause and provide solutions.
Oversee raw material planning procedure.
Analyze master file on delivery commitments.
Recommends process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 or 5-year Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering.
With at least 5-year experience in production planning and inventory control.
Computer literate (Advance Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strategic and Analytical
Highly competent in planning, organizing and problem solving.
