Posted on 15 April 2026Plan and prepare production schedules based on demand forecasts and sales requirements
Monitor raw materials, finished goods, and overall inventory levels
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Track inventory movements and ensure accuracy of records in the system
Identify potential stock shortages or excess and recommend actions
Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and improvements
Prepare regular reports on production output, inventory status, and variances
Ensure timely delivery of production requirements and targets
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related coursePreferably with experience in PPIC, inventory control, or production planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
