Production Planning and Inventory Control Officer

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accepts Purchase Order monitoring of regular orders and new orders from Sales Team.
• Prepare detailed production line up and job order for all production department.
• Ensure proper scheduling of the correct quantity - neither insufficient nor excessive.
• Supervise activities of Raw Materials & Supplies Inventory Controller.
• Monitor consumption and inventory level of raw materials, and supplies for production.
• Request raw materials and supplies for production.
• Check and approved Purchase Requisition of Raw Materials and Supplies and submit to Purchasing Department.
• Coordinates machines status and manpower availability to Production Supervisor for the production schedule.
• Release production schedule to Production Supervisor.
• Accepts new artwork/designs from Graphic Artist and coordinates mock up sampling to production.
• Monitor production productivity or quota achievement.
• Reports to Operations Manager those quota needs to review and revise.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time or within lead time.
• Request and monitor clitche for paper department.
• Update Sales on production status, especially on delays.
• Check manpower complementation if just enough for the production schedule.
• Work hand on hand with Production Supervisor to achieve on time production and delivery.
• Submit reports summary of orders produced/delivered on time.
• Perform other task assign given by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• With at least 1 yr. of experience
• Willing to relocate to Sta. Maria, Bulacan
