Technical Support Representative - with SQL Experience

About the role

This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

1. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, with a focus on SQL-related problems
3. Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
5. Continuously expanding your knowledge to provide the best possible support to customers
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role; Highschool / Senior HS Graduate / College Graduate + at least 1 year experience SQL experience
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
3. Proficient in SQL and experience troubleshooting SQL-related problems
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
5. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
