- Location: Vertis North Quezon City
- Setup: Full time onsite
- Schedule: Shifting/Night Shift
- Salary for CSR: 18,000 + 6,000 allowance for 6 months to 1.11 years, 22,000 + 6,000 for 2 years of experience
- Salary for TSR: Salary: 23,000 base pay + 6,000 allowance
Qualifications:
Customer Support Representative- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of working experience in BPO Industry
- Open to Highschool diploma
- Telco or financial account experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment, supporting hardware and software troubleshooting
