We're Hiring: Technical Support Representative (TSR)
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Full Onsite
✔ Minimum of 1 year of Technical Support experience in a Contact Center or BPO environment
✔ Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
✔ Working knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting methodologies
✔ Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk, and ticketing platforms
✔ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
