Job Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to clearly communicate the value that Pacific Magalang brings, and strong internal coordination to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.

The Key Account Manager serves as the primary link between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment, value delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and senior stakeholders
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and challenges
  • Clearly communicate and position the value proposition of Pacific Magalang to customers
  • Act as the lead point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent and professional engagement
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, supply chain, and other relevant teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of commitments made to customers
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and support account expansion initiatives
  • Monitor account performance and address issues or risks proactively
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on account status and customer feedback
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Account Manager
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience handling large or national restaurant chains in the Philippines is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales, value-based selling, and customer-centric solutions
