Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist – Lead Generation to support business growth through proactive outreach, lead sourcing, and CRM pipeline management. This role will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients through LinkedIn, email, job boards, market research, and other lead generation channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, CRM tools, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients aligned with target markets and service offerings.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups with business owners, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers.
- Track lead activity, pipeline status, and conversion progress in the CRM.
- Support the business development team with lead briefs, proposal inputs, and client information.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to align outreach with business needs.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and previous client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, or staffing is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, job board sourcing, and CRM-based lead tracking.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, research, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM)
