Business Development Staff (Sales Admin)

The Sales Admin The Sales Admin performs administrative and clerical duties such as quotation and contract preparations, scheduling meetings, consolidating reports, assisting clients and doing research to identify potential business opportunities and updating existing records.
Is responsible for providing support for Account Executive. which includes handling internal and external client inquiries and coordinating it with the responsible department.
Main Position Function- Achievement of Sales Utilization Forecast Target
- Contract / PO Completion
- Accomplish and submit department reports and requirements
- Updating Client Profiling Accuracy and Completeness
- Updating Contract in WMS Accuracy and Completeness
- Strictly ensures company policies and guidelines are implemented in handling internal/external NCRS promptly with concerned departments and client
- Strictly follow Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, business degree is an advantage.
- Has experience in documentation, coordination, influencing for results and customer relations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Filipino.
- Organized and keen on details/
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Google Applications, Viber, Whatsapp, Zoom and other social medium.
