About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and driving the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives
- Actively manage client relationships, understand their business objectives, and translate these into effective, integrated marketing solutions
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and competitive landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular feedback and recommendations to clients
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts
- Assist in new business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitch presentations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
