As an Account Executive, you will manage customer accounts and act as a link between the clients and our team. You will be the key contact with your assigned account. Your work will be essential to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with fruitful advice and services.

You should be a good listener with a customer-oriented approach. Your goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Establish good rapport with clients to comprehend their needs and requirements while maintaining good and positive relationships with them as well as the teams involved and third-party suppliers.
  • Listen to the suggestions and needs of the clients and communicate them to the internal team of the agency
  • Research and learn about the client's industry and business activities to develop effective marketing efforts that suit their targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop creative and effective campaigns, according to the needs and requirements of the clients
  • Manage the timeline of the internal team and the client to ensure a good flow of the development
  • Employ networking techniques to attract new clients
  • Create a detailed breakdown of the deliverables and timelines justifying the cost of the project
  • Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients
  • To actively keep updated with the company's services and workflow
  • To develop yourself by attending courses, meetings, training, and seminars provided by the company
  • To be self-motivated and organized
  • To ensure effective customer care skills
  • A recognition and regard for observing confidentiality
  • The capacity to work as part of a team
  • The capacity to work on one's own initiative and meet timelines
  • Take responsibility for their own conduct and work with the team cooperatively
  • Promote cooperation and harmonious relations with the team, third-party suppliers, and clients
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
  • Has strong client and project management skills
  • Good understanding of Marketing and Advertising Principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts, possibly from different industries
  • A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Has problem-solving and analytical skills
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a relevant field

  • Currently, the team is in a hybrid work setup.
  • Flexible to work at Makati Site if ever needed
  • Flexible to do client meetings onsite if ever requested.
  • Flexible for out-of-town business trips for possible events
  • Stable Internet Connection
  • At least a 15 MBPS Internet connection is a plus.
  • Can handle internal and external virtual meetings
  • A laptop will be provided by the company.
