RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in processing all attendance-related requests (leaves, overtime, official business, etc.) including late filing adjustments and communication to all stakeholders.
- Provides monthly timekeeping-related reports such as, but not limited to, reports on overtime hours, absenteeism, tardiness, and unauthorized leaves.
- Leads in the creation and development of automation projects and manages all system-related improvements and customizations.
- Conducts benchmarking activities to improve existing policies and coordinates with management and union groups of the revisions as necessary.
- Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
- With at least 3 years of experience in timekeeping processing or related; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
- An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven and output-oriented.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
- With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
