About the role

We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our growing Solar Company team in 1849 Cavite Street,Santa Cruz, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding business operations and driving our people-focused initiatives.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes and systems to support the company's growth
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters such as employee relations, training and development
• Assist with the planning and delivery of HR programs, including employee engagement, learning and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address HR-related challenges
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and the enhancement of the employee experience

• Relevant experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or consulting role, preferably within the energy or renewable energy industry
• Strong HR knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles, policies and best practices across the employee lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels and communicate HR-related information clearly and concisely
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Capacity to identify and address HR-related challenges, using data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Passion for people: Genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of individuals and the overall organization
