- Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
- Prepare and issue memoranda for policy violations
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all cases
- Ensure the fair, consistent, and compliant implementation of company rules
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources- Proven experience as an HR Officer
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be currently unemployed or willing to resign immediately for immediate start availability
