Job description:

We are looking for an HR Manager to be assigned in our Head Office in Sta Cruz,Manila.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work with Top Management on short and long-term strategic planning that may include organizational restructuring/realignments, workforce planning, etc to ensure alignment to overall company direction.

Ensure that HRD fulfills key functions needed to contribute to the company’s operations. Key functions cover the following areas:
Talent acquisition and retention
Organizational Development including Performance Management Systems and Talent Development
Training (under Zenith University)
Member relations and engagement
Company Policies and Code of Discipline implementation and application
Develop and continuously innovate systems, policies, processes and programs that address the strategic HR needs of the business covering above identified key areas.
Provide coaching for ZGC leaders and potential leaders to strengthen and develop leadership skills and knowledge aligned with company values and policies.
Prepare and manage the HR’s Annual Corporate Plan and HR budget operations
Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective HRD team to meet company targets.
Serve as a consistent model and example for ZGC company values application in his/her role as HR Manager.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of any 4-year course
Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in Human Resources and Administration/facilities management role
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
With leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication in English for both oral and written communications
Good project management skills; Highly organized and with keen attention to details
