Role Overview

We are a leading speaker manufacturing company seeking a motivated Business Development Associate. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new B2B clients, managing distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence in the commercial audio industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to consumer electronics retailers, audio distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead details and deal statuses.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging audio technologies.
  • Client Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and present commercial proposals to potential buyers.
  • Contract Negotiations: Assist senior management in closing supply agreements and bulk order contracts.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, corporate business development, or the electronics industry.
  • Minimum Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience Flexibility: Candidates may have their experience in any one of the following areas: B2B sales, corporate business development, or the electronics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and proficiency with managing CRM records.
  • Knowledge: A strong passion for audio technology, acoustics, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
