Job Summary

The Business Development Associate supports the growth of the business by assisting in partnership development, account coordination, and market research. The role focuses on executing day-to-day activities such as coordinating with partners, tracking opportunities, and supporting the Sales team in securing approvals for client installations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Coordinate with developers, telecommunications partners, building administrators, and other stakeholders for project requirements
  • Support the Sales team in processing and securing approvals for client installations
  • Maintain and update records of partnerships, accounts, and project status
  • Conduct basic market research and monitor industry trends
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use
  • Assist in the preparation and review of partnership agreements and requirements
  • Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Perform administrative and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or business development (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
