Interior Design Sales Specialist

Job Description

1. Communicate with US customers via email, call and chat to fully understand their house layout, decoration style, budget and furniture demands.
2. Create customized interior design solutions, 2D drawings and 3D renderings using CAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, D5 Render or relevant design software.
3. Select matching furniture, decor items exclusively from our brand's e-commerce store to integrate into all design proposals.
4. Apply sales skills to guide customers to place orders of the products included in design plans, follow up potential customers and boost conversion rate.
5. Record all customer consultations, design drafts and order follow-up details in Zendesk systematically.
6. Analyze customer feedback on design styles and products, provide optimization suggestions to the design and operation team.
7. Cooperate with PH customer service team and China operation team to align sales targets and service standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related design disciplines; solid academic background in interior design.
2. Proficient in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; able to independently complete layout drawings and photorealistic renderings.
3. Fluent verbal and written English to communicate with US customers.
4. Possess customer service or sales experience (contact center, furniture sales, interior design consulting preferred); good at digging customer needs and closing sales orders.
5. Able to interpret customer preferences, provide targeted design solutions and persuasive product recommendations.
6. Strong multi-tasking ability, can handle multiple customer design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
7. Good teamwork, active communication, able to report sales progress and customer pain points to supervisors timely.
8. Stable working attitude, target-driven, capable of meeting monthly sales conversion KPIs.
