Distributor Sales Specialist - Greater Manila Area

Job Summary

The Distributor Sales Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with distributor partners to drive sales, expand market coverage, and achieve revenue targets. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and its distributors, ensuring alignment on sales strategies, product knowledge, and performance expectations.

• Manage and support assigned distributor accounts to achieve sales and growth objectives
• Develop and execute distributor sales plans aligned with company goals
• Identify new distributor opportunities and assist with onboarding and training
• Monitor distributor performance, sales forecasts, and inventory levels
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, launches, and demand-generation activities
• Provide product training, sales tools, and ongoing support to distributor sales teams
• Resolve distributor issues related to pricing, availability, logistics, or customer concerns
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of sales or channel/distributor management experience (FMCG)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
• Willingness to travel as needed
