About the role
Watermatic Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant - Business Development to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our business development initiatives and ensuring smooth operational workflows.As an Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our business development department, providing essential administrative support that enables our team to focus on strategic growth and client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the company's success.
Key responsibilities- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation management.
- Preparing and organizing business proposals, contracts and presentations for client meetings and negotiations.
- Managing databases and maintaining accurate records of client information, leads and business opportunities.
- Coordinating meetings, site visits and events related to business development activities.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications with clients and stakeholders via email, phone and other channels.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, financial documents and project updates.
- Managing schedules and calendars for business development staff members.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and other administrative documentation
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are organised and easily accessible
- Supporting the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, and/or related field.
- Proven experience working as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with administrative software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Professional demeanour and ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Knowledge of business development processes and client relationship management is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing business requirements.
