Business Development Manager

Job Specifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years working experience in business development, sales, account management, or corporate sales.
• Experience in the jewelry retail, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
• With strong problem-solving skills and process oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth and expand into new markets and sales channels.
• Identify new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, corporate, and international markets.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business development plans, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recommend improvements to sales strategies, customer engagement, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Logistics to support product launches, promotional activities, and ensure timely customer fulfillment.
• Provide market insights to support product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Support management in evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and promote a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
