Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations across multiple lines of business, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets are consistently met. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leads, holding them accountable for performance and attendance.You will partner directly with our Site Directors. HR and People team on workforce planning, employee relations cases, and regularization decisions.
You will serve as the operational bridge between our Cebu team, our Country Leader and HQ stakeholders in Vilnius. You will drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to refining existing operational standards as the site continues to scale.You will also manage escalations, performance reviews, and headcount forecasting for a growing operation.
Job Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in BPO or shared services operations
- At least 3 years at a managerial level, handling multiple campaigns or lines of business
- Proven track record of hitting SLA and quality targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Working knowledge of basic PH labor law fundamentals (attendance, discipline, due process) to partner credibly with HR on employee relations matters
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
