The Operations Manger is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of a food or poultry production facility, including production, processing, warehousing, distribution, quality control, supply chain coordination, and manpower management.
Cebu: Mandaue or Naga City
Davao del Sur: Sta. Cruz
Iloilo: Sta. Barbara,
The role ensures that operational targets are met efficiently and profitably while maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in food manufacturing or poultry operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and quality control systems.
- Experience in handling large teams in plant operations.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
