Process Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
The Process Engineer is responsible for managing official company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. They will be assigned to departments that need re-engineering. This will be done by understanding the MOPs and collaborating with department heads to provide recommendations if processes need to be improved or new processes are recommended.Afterwards, any changes and updates will be ensured to be reviewed by the QEG Manager and CHRO for publishing.
- Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Researches on best practice and encourages the implementation of best practice within the department he/she is assigned.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Evaluate existing equipment and recommend modifications or replacements as needed.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to the different departments.
- Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
- With at least 2-3 years work related experience in Industrial fields
- Knowledgeable in Google Docs
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to travel
- Attentive to details.
