About the role
Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in wave and selective soldering to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This full-time position plays a vital role in optimising our manufacturing processes and ensuring the high quality of our products.
What we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with a strong background in wave and selective soldering processes
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience specifically in selective and wave soldering processes
- Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronics manufacturing
