Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., Etch, Lithography, Deposition, CMP, Implant, Diffusion).
Monitor daily process metrics (e.g., SPC, DOE results, defect density) and lead troubleshooting for out-of-control conditions.
Drive yield improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and continuous process refinement.
Collaborate with equipment engineers to implement tool upgrades, preventive maintenance schedules, and reduce downtime.
Support new product introductions by qualifying new process flows and materials.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and process transfers.
Document and update process specifications, operating procedures, and control plans.
Provide training and technical support to production and maintenance staff.
Ensure all activities comply with EHS, ISO, and company standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of engineering course: BS Chemical, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, or relevant field
Minimum one (1) year of experience in electronics or semiconductor industryKnowledgeable in Windows office ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must have good communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Can work with minimum supervision
