The ROLE
As a CX Coach, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their 5 ELK team.
You’ll lead, develop, and manage a pod of team members to deliver an exceptional client experience, while working closely with the client to understand their needs, and ensure their team member meets both 5 ELK standards and the client’s goals.
You’ll be hands-on in supporting your team day-to-day, while building trusted partnerships with clients, helping both parties realise the potential of their relationship. You’ll also be a consistent and valuable source of support in helping your team grow.
What YOU’LL DO- Lead and coach a team of team members to deliver outstanding, accurate, and timely work for clients.
- Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are met.
- Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, co-facilitate the team member performance review process and support professional growth and accountability in collaboration with our Learning & Development team.
- Accurate and timely record-keeping for both team members and clients.
- Address challenges early, working with clients to find practical, win–win solutions, with the support of your CX Manager as required.
- Role-model 5 ELK values and drive a culture of excellence, connection, and continuous improvement.
- A strong communicator who builds trust and relationships with ease.
- Someone experienced in leadership, coaching, and account management (BPO or professionals/financial services preferred).
- Highly organised, balancing client priorities, team needs, and multiple moving parts.
- Calm under pressure, proactive in solving problems, and focused on delivering quality results.
