MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER
The Maintenance Team Leader supervises the hotel’s maintenance staff and ensures that all hotel facilities, rooms, and equipment are properly maintained, safe, and in good working condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and assign daily work to mainteance staff
- Ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of rooms and facilities
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repairs Inspect hotel areas regularly and report issues
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room repairs
- Ensure safety procedures and proper use of tools
- Monitor tools, supplies, and maintenance records
- Assist with contractors and service providers when needed.
- Graduate of any Engineering related course
- At least 3 years of experience in mainteance, preferably in a hotel
- With at least 1 year of team leader expeirence
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and hoildays.
- With BOSH/ Safety training preferred
- With hotel or commerial building expeirence preferred
