Warehouse Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in managing day-to-day activities. You will ensure efficient operations to meet both operational and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Implement daily work plans for warehouse staff.
• Resolve operational issues and report deviations to the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records and generate reports.

Requirements and skills:

• Preferably a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in warehouse operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role
• Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
• Understands the basics of warehouse management, inventory, and operations
• Highly analytical and good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
